Nice framework. Here's something I [posted a few months ago which talks about the same kinds of denial, but without the nested structure and in a more colloquial way:

'Here’s a good sample of the lies I’ve persistently been told when I’ve tried to talk sense with denialists:

“Genocide? What genocide? Nothing to see here.”

“OK , there’s something going on and it looks a bit like genocide, but if you go into it carefully, it doesn’t fully match the legal definition.”

“Can’t be us. We’d never do anything like that, because we’re the most virtuous people on earth. God told us so in 1300 BCE.”

“It’s not our fault, it’s all the fault of Hamas.”

“We’re just exercising our internationally recognised right to self-defence.”

“Palestine? No such country exists. Never did. It’s Canaan, our Promised Land, it all belongs to us and we can do what we like with it, because God gave it to us in 1300 BCE.”

“Palestinians? No such people. They’re just stray wandering Arabs who happened to wander in sometime during the 2,000 years we were away and kept it warm for us until we were ready to come back.”

“You only say that because you barrack for Hamas.”

“You only say that because you hate Jews.”

“Everyone’s got it in for us, and it’s SO UNFAIR!! We’ve never done a thing to deserve it!”
